Chances of me getting into UF!!

My dream school is going to UF and I want to apply this week but I’m afraid I won’t get accepted. Here’s my r

I’d say reach- sorry… your scores are way too low, plus you didn’t apply by november 1 which hurts your chances even more

(assuming out of 2400 scale) How many times have you taken the SAT? How much time do you have? Because, yeah; a 1490 is pretty low. Perhaps you could aim to take it again and bump it up, maybe even (if it doesn’t conflict too much with your job, and if you can afford it) enroll in SAT prep classes. Same thing for your ACT.

Your class rigor looks great (although you should probably make clear why you dropped out of IB, so that you don’t look like a quitter), but you’re kinda vague as to your EC’s, so it’s hard to judge you on that.

I’d say it might be a slight reach with your SAT/ACT.

I think my best opportunity to get into UF is doing a Santa Fe transfer. It gives me an opportunity to get involved and get high grades.

Your grades are already very good. It’s just your SAT and ACT…were you sick that day? Did you study at all?

Would appreciate [a chance back!](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1437274-chance-me-carnegie-mellon-cornell-chicago-will-chance-back.html#post15252103)

If you applied by Nov. 1st and raised your test scores a little then i would say you would get accepted, but if you apply now, it is based on space availability and to be honest, not many get accepted that miss the nov. 1 deadline.
