Chances of successfully transferring as a freshman for spring 2016?

I’m about to be a freshman at a different college this fall, but I want to transfer out asap, so I hope to attend LMU in spring 2016. I know that high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores are considered since I don’t have enough credits, so could someone chance me?
OOS: Ohio
ACT:
English:30
Reading:26
Science:26
Math:24
Writing:11
These are my scores superscores.

Highschool GPA:3.21 I attended a private school so we have a stricter grading school, but I don’t know if that makes a difference.
Senior Classes:
AP English: A
AP Psych: c+
Honors Chilese 3: B
Theology: A
Honors Physics : F
Honors Calculus: Withdrawal failing
AP Biology: Withdrawal failing

I’m not going to list all of my grades for the past years of high school, but I took 4 AP classes total (NOT including the ones i withdrawed from) and 7 honors classes.
I know my stats are terrible, and my senior year was absolutely horrendous, but that is because I was diagnosed with severe clinical depression, which disturbed my scores all throughout high school. It was the worse it ever was senior year, which is why my grades were so bad. Freshman year I got 8 B’s with a 2 C’s. Sophomore year I got 1 A, 4 B’s student with 3 C’s, Junior year I got 4 A’s, 1 B, and 2 C’s.

I actually was involved heavily in extra curriculars like volunteering and other stuff, and won a lot of awards throughout high school for writing and volunteering, but I suppose those are useless to mention since that happened in highschool and I will transferring as a college student. I am also excellent at essay writing, and I think my essay combined with my awards and extracurriculars got me to my college now, considering the fact that it’s acceptance rate is 39%, and all of the students that go there average around a 3.8 or above, with an ACT score much better than mine.

So do I have a chance at LMU as a freshman for the spring semester? I plan on trying to transfer as either an English or pre law student (which ever one gives the higher chance of transferring is the major I will choose) The college I will be going to actually has a lower acceptance rate than LMU (39%), compared to LMU’s 50%, if that makes my chances any better. I do plan on involving myself heavily at the college I going to, working tremendously hard on my grades to successfully transfer(my depression has been resolved so I think my potential will finally be unleashed at college), and get to know my professors so I can get a good recommendation letter.

Also, since I will be transferring as a freshman, I know I will be required to send my ACT scores. Does anyone know if I can retake the ACT even though I’ll be in college. I know a higher score would help tremendously, so if possible I would love to take the test again.
