<p>I am a 52 year old Black woman who overcame decades of depression, poverty and welfare; that will graduate community college this May with a 3.8 grade point average. I take part in student government, fencing, community service and took on many advanced courses. I have not taken the ACT or SAT mainly because Cornell doesn’t require them of transferring students. Do you think I have a chance?</p>
