What are my chances at UC Davis or Irvine??

I got accepted ED to Cal Poly SLO, so should i go for it OR decline and see my chances at UCs?

it depends on more than those stats.

also on ethnicity, secondary school rankings in the u.s., first generation college student, ap classes, engineering related activities.

Isn’t ED at Cal Poly SLO binding?

it is binding, meaning if you get accepted to ED’s offer and then u “accept” then you must go. If you decline, you lose your chances at the school.

Oh. :stuck_out_tongue:
And you should just wait till you get your UC acceptance/rejection letters come in before you decide to do anything with the SLO admission. The deadline to accept/decline is after the UC decisions come out, right?

And although your GPA and SATs are sort of below the average, you still have a decent chance at getting into both UCs.
