The only club i'm in is NHS

What are my chances? Please give me advice!

SATs? It'd be hard to make a judgment without those.

Try to become involved in more extracurriculars, ones that you're genuinely interested in; having only NHS makes for a weak resume as far as ECs go and will be sub-par compared to other UCLA applicants. Also, what's your overall unweighted GPA? That would be more helpful for chancing than a list of individual grades.

The UC's only look into your Sophomore and Junior Years. You NEED to be in several EC's, and get some officer positions as well. The competitiveness of your school also makes a big difference. It'd be better to be Top 20% of 800 than Top 5% of 50. Whether you live in California or not is also going to make a huge difference. It is getting HARDER for in state students to be accepted into UC's due to the state debt. BUT, if you're an out of state student, your chances go up.

If you're a California resident, then those stats should be pretty close to enough.

UCLA average GPA accepted is around 3.7-3.8.

Through a quick estimation I'm guessing your GPA is 3.45 or something along those lines.

And you haven't improve through the years either.

Try to get an A- average for the year and you're fine.

Alright during my junior year i plan to do a lot of volunteer work at hospitals, retirement homes, etc. And also try to attain an officer position in NHS. Any other EC i should get besides those?

What SAT scores should i aim for?

And i am a CA resident, i live an hour away from the school. I calculated my overall grade for my frosh and soph year and i have a 3.7 if you count PE and 3.65 if you don't count PE

Try to get the best SAT score you can, but to be in UCLA range you need 1800-2100.
