I’m a senior applying for RD, as well as an international student.
Will my chances go up if I tell the school that I am in the process of getting a green card?

Senior schedule
AP Chem
Discrete Math
BC Calc
AP English
German 5 (will take AP)
Notetaking (slacker class)
I’m self-studying 2 AP’s this year US History and Psychology.
I’m pretty involved, I’m president of German Honor Society and Co-president of the Key Club. I’m also in NHS and that type of stuff, but at my school they don’t actually do anything.

notetaking sounds like fun

It is, but the people in there act like it’s sooooo incredibly difficult. The tests are exactly like the worksheets and people still get D’s. The teacher does talk about college, but only unselective schools like ISU and Eastern that accept anyone with a 20 ACT and top half class rank.

GPA will kill you
