<p>Your statistics are very similar to my son’s who was accepted and will be attending BU in the fall.</p>
<p>How competitive is your high school? One of the things that BU as well as other schools look at is your high school profile. The admissions office will look at your grades, rank and class choices that you have taken as compared with the other students in your school. They will also look at the courses available to take in your high school. For example, some high schools do not offer many AP courses or have rigid pre-requisites for being placed in an AP program.</p>
<p>BU looks not only at your grades but also your interests/extra curriculas. Also, showing interest in the school is very important!</p>

<p>Your class rank is kind of low. I would say you have a decent shot of getting in, but a chance at getting CGS’ed. Are you applying for financial aid?</p>
