<p>you might get in, but probably should increase that ACT score, and as for scholarships, I think that your stats aren’t strong enough compared to the people who do get them.</p>

<p>I have a 32 ACT and I got in OOS, so as long as you’re really strong in other areas then you should be fine.</p>
<p>A note on scholarships: There is a full scholarship to UNC that you can apply for out of state and as long as you get in you have a fighting chance at it. The Pogue scholarship isn’t based on weather or not you’re a genius but weather they think you can contribute to diversity on campus.</p>
<p>you’re pretty much a lock to get in dooder, scholarship is possible</p>
