I’m a student in New Mexico, and I’m worried about my chances, seeing as all my schools I’d like to go to are Southern schools. I know this is early (I’m a junior), but we’re planning visits and my parents are requesting I narrow my schools to visit now into ones I like the most and have a chance at. (They’re being pushy and somewhat annoying). I go to a small private prep school who sends basically nobody down south - my college counselor said something like 3 students in the past 4-5 years.
