I recently applied to all the uc’s besides Merced and Berkeley for undergrad as a sociology major. My gpa at the end of fall will be a 3.34. what are my chances in general? And what uc?
Its hard to say if all we know if your gpa since UCs use a holistic approach… but just using just your gpa, UCLA would be a reach- their average admitted gpa was 3.71 for sociology. UCSD is also a high reach… Your gpa is on the lower end for UCD and UCI. Honestly if your essays are great and the rest of your app is good, you never know 
Just make sure you have your pre reqs done!
