Chances to get in for a 2yr Med Student

<p>I am a 2 year Medical Student who is thinking of applying for MBA in the coming Fall (2009).
I have an undergraduate GPA of 3.7. My GMAT scores are 740. I have no real work experience. Do I have a chance of getting into Top schools who specialize in Healthcare Management like UPENN, Columbia?</p>
