chances w/ my completely average SAT scores?

White female from Maine
Attends one of the top public schools in the state.

GPA: 99.6% weighted at 4% for honors/AP classes (4.0 equivalent)
Rank: school doesn’t rank, and top 10% hasn’t been announced yet, but just by asking around I am very sure I will be in top 10% unless my grades majorly drop off. My class has some very, very smart kids in it.
SAT: 2080 (690 CR, 680 Math, 710 Writing). I definitely plan to take them again and I think with a tutor I can get them up to a 2200.
SAT II: planning to take US History (expecting a 760+), Math I, and English Lit

Freshman & Sophomore Year Classes: I took nothing less than Honors classes other than the required Health, gym, art, etc.

Junior Classes:
Honors US History III
AP US History Seminar
AP English Literature & Composition
Honors Algebra II
Honors Spanish IV
Honors Chemistry
AP US Government
AP Comparative Government

Intended Senior Classes:
Syracuse University Project Advance Honors English
Honors Pre-Calculus
AP Chemistry
AP Statistics
Spanish V Advanced Conversation
Photography (required art credit)

Awards/Recognition: Excellence in Spanish III Honors (10th), National Merit qualifier, National Honors Society member (10th-12th)

ECs: National Honors Society, Prom Committee (hehe), Nationally Ranked Competitve Figure Skater (7th in the US in my division, selected to represent the US internationally, Sectional Competition medalist, dedicated 15-25 hours per week to skating throughout high school)

Volunteer Work: 30+ hours right now, doing numerous volunteer work for my non-profit skating club and participating in numerous benefit skating shows for the American Red Cross, etc.

So, be honest here. What are my chances at:
Boston College
Georgetown
George Washington
American University
Syracuse
Boston University
Tufts
Stanford (I know this one’s a big reach)
Princeton (ditto)

since when has 2080 been “completely average?”

Average SAT score is around 1530 not 2080

Average in that they are pretty average for the schools on that list.

Boston College: match
Georgetown: reach
George Washington: match
American University: safety
Syracuse: Safety
Boston University: safety
Tufts: reach
Stanford: high reach
Princeton: high reach

Boston College–Match
Georgetown–Match to Slight Reach
George Washington–Safe Match to Match
American University–Safe Match
Syracuse–Match
Boston University–Safe Match
Tufts–Match to Slight Reach
Stanford–Match to Slight Reach, if you will figure skate in college (they love highly ranked sports figures—thus why Tiger Woods and John McEnroe went here). They actual prefer athletes that participate in NCAA sports competitions–and I don’t know, however, if figure skating qualifies as an NCAA sport.
Princeton–Reach

Good luck–and make sure you check out the possibility of being recruited as an athlete at Stanford–go to www.ncaa.org/wps/portal for info on the rules. Look under Academics and Athletes ==> Eligibility and Recruiting
