Chances With 1640 SAT Score?

<p>I just want to know what my chances are with the 1640 SAT score? My GPA is a 3.75 unweighted. Weighted, it’s a 4.2. I plan on being more descriptive later. Also, I plan on retaking the SAT.</p>

<p>I want to go to UCLA or UCSD.</p>
