Chances with 30 act?

Can I get into these schools with a 30 superscored act (33 English, 32 reading, 27 math, 26 science, 31 combined/9E):
Villanova
Boston College
Johns Hopkins
Haverford
TCNJ
NYU
Lafayette

I have a 4.54 w gpa/3.96 uw, tons of ec’s with leadership positions, sports, etc.

What do you think??? I don’t want to end up at my state’s flagship.

Depends on what you plan to major. Also, not many colleges superscore the ACT composite, so you have to look at your composite grouped only with the other sections for the same test. Many colleges do superscore the SAT.

Your GPA and leadership is very strong, so you certainly have a running chance. If you plan to play a sport and go early decision, you could increase your chances at some colleges because your GPA is so strong.

Every school on that list superscores the act, save villanova and tcnj. Possible majors: psych, some type of science, undeclared.

30 is a strong score. It’s definitely worth a shot and worth spending time on the application essays to really stick out.

bummmppppppppppppp.
