Here’s a profile of my school, you can check wikipedia for famous alumni and more information. Also, should i send tape of me playing golf and/or swimming to the coaches?

Definitely contact the coaches, but I wouldn’t bother with tapes. Tapes are most useful when used as evidence of an accomplishment that is hard to quantify, or when a quantifiable accomplishment is hard to judge. IOW, you may be able to play a certain piano sonata, but without a tape the music department will have a hard time knowing if you play it well. Your stats may show a certain number of football sacks, but were they against large, talented players or small, slow players?

Your accomplishments, as shown in your swim times and golf handicap, are easily judged against those of other swimmers and golfers. I would make sure you have letters from your coaches to bolster your claims.
