Chances

Hey everyone, I got an email from UCI saying that I got in about a week ago. How come they already sent me the admissions decision so early? I wasnt even ELC. Anyways, I assume thats a good thing. Based on that, does that mean I have a pretty good shot at UC Davis?

It depends! The admissions offices are obviously different, but I’d say you have a great shot. What are your stats/ec’s?

I think you’ll have a great shot at UC Davis as well since people tend to say UC Irvine is like the same level (or better) than UC Davis. What major did you apply and may you list your stats?

Hope that gives a better picture. Love to hear what you guys think. Oh and I got an email from UCLA saying they wanted me to submit a supplemental questionnaire…so apparently I might be borderline for that school (even though i dont think i can get in)

That’s awesome you got an email from UCLA! Where you find time for all those extra classes i have no idea. The essay is a big part though, but if you feel you did good on that, well, dont worry :)

Lol Thanks Jek. I think my essays were good. However I’m still worried. Guess we’ll have to wait and see in March.

Anyone else?

you definitely have a competitive edge in uc davis acceptance.
