Chances?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering what my shots are at getting in, I know its late.

3.4 UCF Weighted GPA
1160/1600 SAT
6 AP Classes, the rest were all honors courses
2 Dual Enrollment Classes
500+ Community Service Hours with clubs including Model United Nations and Future/Community Problem Solving.
State appointed Future Problem Solving Evaluator

I have won awards at both the state and international conference for Community Problem Solving. Last years award being the highest award given at the conference.
I would be applying in-state.
I have a counselor recommendation and a teacher recommendation from a teacher who was the teacher of the year finalist in FL. (Should I have more?)

This year I was diagnosed with cancer, which is a big reason why I’m applying late. Would they take this into consideration?

If you need any other information I would be happy to give it. Thank you!

You’ll get in! Especially if you have kick butt essays. Although I got in without them, but since you’re applying so late, go ahead and submit them.

The essays were pretty good I think, a lot of passion. Should I talk to them about my recent diagnosis or should I just leave it out?

Please do!

Alright, thank you!
