ISB stands for International School of Brussels, ISST stands for International school sports tournament
I am actually in state because we own property in NC

Im pretty sure your list of extraciriculars is to long for the common app and they dont give you must room to provide details so you might want to start picking out which are the most important to you to put on there.

Edit: Sorry, didn’t see your last line. If you actually do qualify in-state you have a much better chance. I’d say you’re almost a guarantee unless they realize somehow your 25% percentile in your class. Even then you have a good shot. Your grades and schedule appear much higher/rigorous than your rank would indicate. 70+% of enrolled students at Carolina were in the top 10% of their class. 75th percentile for instate ACT is a 30.

It’s harder to predict how international students records will be perceived but the OOS ACT range is from 28-33 (25th-75th percentile). You are near/above the 75th percentile of OOS applicants for your test scores alone.

Some US schools weight a regular class as a 4.0 for the highest mark (an ‘A’), honors class as a 5.0 for the highest mark, and 6.0 for the highest mark in an AP or IB course.

With your IB courses your weighted would probably be much higher than your unweighted and more in-line with other accepted students.

I think you have a good shot. Best of luck.
