<p>I DO know that UTK is becoming more and more competitive, but I’d say that your current stats are certainly inline for admission. </p>
<p>Are you a TN resident? </p>
<p>A 28 on the ACT is great, but retake it if you feel like you can score even higher - especially as you are a junior. Every point helps with both admission and $$$. The higher your ACT the more options you’ll have.</p>
