SAT IIs: Literature (760), U.S. History (760), Latin (530, not sure if i should send)</p>

<p>Well your gpa and test scores are very similar to my son’s and he is a freshman right now at SMU (also majoring in Political Science). That being said you never can tell with the admission process. My son did get in EA last year.</p>

<p>Your SAT score is above the 75th percentile. Your GPA is below the average GPA of 3.6, but since you go to a rigorous prep school, this will probably not have a negative impact. Your chances are very good. I would be surprised if you didn’t get in.</p>
