I’m thinking to apply to Rice, UCLA, UC Berkeley, Stanford, Northwestern, etc. I have approximately a 4.6 GPA out of the 5 pt scale. I haven’t taken the SAT yet, but I’ve taken numerous practice tests and usually get within the high 2200-mid 2300s range. I plan to take a total of 11 AP courses throughout high school, and for the ones I’ve taken up to date, I’ve made all 5’s. I’ve gotten all A’s throughout high school, I’m a member of National Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society, and my school’s volunteering program. That’s my in-school activities; outside of school, I’m a competitive figure skater who dedicates 8 hours a week training in the school year and 24 hours a week of training in the summer, and I’ve been in the sport for 7 years. I’m also a member of my skating club’s board, I work part-time as a skating coach at my rink, I work with a program designed to teach disabled children how to skate, and I’ve helped design marketing and communication products such as business cards, brochures, ad vids, etc. for numerous skating organizations. I’m also currently involved in an independent study, where I am building a product that will help the disabled children I mentioned earlier skate better. What are my chances of getting into the above mentioned schools?

If you are a senior and yet have not taking any SAT1 or ACT, you are ruining your chance. Most EA/ED deadlines are long over (or will be in a few days). I cannot imagine any senior student with the credential you described and yet did not take a single SAT1 or ACT by now. That alone would hurt your chance.
