UW - Madison is becoming a more and more competitive school. I am not sure if your GPA cuts it, but I’m not certain. Nice job on the varsity letters tho

You look okay for pretty much all of these schools, but you never know what’s gonna stand against your admission. So, try working hard to raise your scores and GPA. Is this the only Extra-Curriculars that you have done?
