I am set to retake my ACT/SAT in hopes that I can improve my scores a bit. Hopefully to a 30
I am a first generation, URM, and from a state that is not usually represented

Since Pitt has rolling decisions, when would be the best time to submit application? I am waiting until after the November SAT to submit so when is the best time after that?

It is best to submit your application as early as possible. You could even submit it now and let us know that you are taking the November SAT. If the Admissions Committee reviews your application and decides they need to see your second SAT before making a decision, they will know to wait.

At the latest, you want to apply before December 15 - which is the deadline to apply if you would like to be reviewed for University scholarships. (oafa.pitt.edu/scholarships for more information)
