what are my chances of getting into an Ivy League university/MIT in terms of high school academic results if I have only gotten an A in history in my feshman year and all the others are A+; in my sophore year all the subjects are A+; in my junior year all the subjects are A+, in my senior year all the subjects are A+
IB diploma: 44/45
SAT: 1580/1600 with 800 in Math
Valedictorian

So during my high school years, I have only gotten an A and all the other subjects have been A+ throughout all years.

Yours stats are fine but it’s more than just grades and test scores.

I know that right! I have participated in numerous of activities at national and international level.
But this question was just about my grades. The activities are another story.
