I think the ACT needs to be taken again, but Wash U loves Relay for Life.

I’d take the ACT over again; maybe try to aim for something in the 30s in each section?

The rest of your creds look good and well-balanced, but nothing really jumps out at me. Are you really passionate about any of the above activities? I hope that this doesn’t discourage you in any way because you do seem to be a qualified candidate. I just don’t know how different your application would look to admissions.

Good luck!

yea ive heard that before. but what do u guys mean by passionate?

Is there one extracurricular that you enjoy the most or spend the most time on? That would be considered passion. Make sure in your application that you can highlight one or two activities and demonstrate your commitment to them.

I think theydidwhat wanted to know if you are really enthusiastic about any of the activites you mentioned. You seem interested in Relay for Life. Why do you choose to participate in ACS Relay for Life? Did someone close to you die of cancer? Championing a cause such as Relay for Life might be considered a passion.
