<p>I applied early action… here are my stats:</p>
<p>I go to an all-male private catholic highschool in CT</p>
<p>SAT:
Critical Reading: 640
Math: 690
Writing: 770</p>
<p>GPA:
3.56 unweighted (in my school a 3.5 is an A-)
4 Years Total: 9 Honors Classes, 1 AP (calculus)</p>
<p>Rank: 31/217 Top 15% (pretty competitive school)</p>
<p>EC:
National Honor Society
National Spanish Honor Society
Part-time job for over 1 year
hundreds of volunteer hours:
yale new haven hospital
camp counselor
Park & Rec baseball/basketball for all 4 years</p>
<p>and I would say my essay is pretty good…</p>
<p>Xavier in Middletown?, Notre Dame in West Haven?, Fairfield Prep???</p>
<p>I’d say you have a good shot at getting in. Good luck =)</p>

<p>Yes, I think you will get in regular. EA is much more competitive.</p>
<p>the bad thing is villanova only looks at math and verbal…and thats where you shined.</p>

<p>I know. and I got a 780 on writing another time that I took it… but didnt bother to send it because i didnt get higher on the other two lol</p>
<p>just wondering but why did u apply to business? your extra curriculars look more geared toward medicine(hospital volunteering). also if ur applying business math is important so how did u do on math subject test?</p>

i volunteered at a hospital but i didnt like it
and villanova doesnt look at subject tests</p>
<p>I wouldn’t necessarily say Villanova doesn’t look at them… If you send them the scores I’m sure they’ll take them into account. They’re just not required, is all.</p>
