<p>Work Experience:</p>

<p>I work in the accounting department at the corporate office of my company. I enter transactions into Accounts Payable and keep track of inventory / current pricing. I also assist with payroll, store orders, end of the week closeouts, bill paying, accounts receivable, etc. Furthermore, I have managed our cut fruit department, working with and supervising workers of mixed ethnic backgrounds, most of them non-English speakers. I meet daily with the CEO, CFO, HR Director, and others to discuss and help implement new ideas and help shape company policy.</p>

<p>i would say it def. a high reach for you.but you never know…good luck…ps my stats are basically the same as you except more ec’s, higher gpa, and im a muslim pakistani…i applied EA still havent heard back though</p>

<p>cool man…just as a side note, I’m interested in minoring in middle eastern studies and learning farsi and arabic…do you know if Tulane has programs like that?</p>

<p>I just thought that I’d throw in the fact that I have a letter of recommendation from a Louisiana State Senator…how does that affect my chances?</p>
