<p>I’d be lying if I said he had a great chance. A good essay will get him in, a mediocre one will earn a rejection letter.</p>
<p>I would say good chance if he retakes the SAT and earns slightly higher scores on his writing and reading sections. Also, continued upward grade trend into Sr. year should help a lot, in addition to a good essay.</p>
<p>I think will all of that together, there is a great chance.</p>
<p>raise your gpa to at least a 3.5 and try for a higher SAT score or a really good ACT score. also write a killer essay, and you should be in.</p>
