<p>I’m looking for my chances of getting into Vanderbilt. here’s my thread with all my info, but I wanted some opinions from those who know a little more. Thanks.</p>

<p>I was worried about the cost at first, because my family, although middle class, can’t honestly afford 40+ grand a year, but I saw that Vanderbilt is like second in the average financial aid package for students, and that was one of the reasons I decided to apply.</p>

<p>I’d say you have a considerable shot at getting in, and yes wherever you gathered your information about vu financial aid packages is correct; they are extremely generous to students that demonstrate financial need. that was actually a huge reason i even visited vandy and i absolutely loved my 4 years there. goood luck – also, idk what you’re post school thoughts are, but vu and dallas are very well linked. many of the most reputable employers that come to vu are seeking hires for their dallas offices.</p>
