Your academic credentials look a lot like mine (ACT range, extracurrics, etc), and I got in/currently attend wustl. The main difference is in class rank - I was in the top 2% of my high school, and so were most of the people I talked to on campus. I’m not going to beat around the bush: your GPA/rank is going to be the weak spot of your application, and you don’t really have a hook. That being said, you’re applying for 09, which is a less competitive year overall for college admissions (08 was the peak, which just makes me really unlucky), and you’re applying ED, which will help quite a bit. I’d say you have a fairly good shot, and if you really like the school you shouldn’t hesitate in applying ED based on your chances.

Good luck.
