Your gpa is low and your sat’s are average. Not sure which school you are going for but I would put you in the high match/low reach. Good luck

engineering.

and just wondering… what is a good GPA for NEU… cause i all see on their site is a weighted average.

i think you’ll do fine. your sats are par and gpa is okay, but keep in mind that northeastern isn’t a first tier school, so i think you have a good chance!!

Sprevite, what constitutes a tier 1 school? Is there requirements? If you are using us news aren’t the first 150 schools tier 1? I’m kinda curious

um, well i was just going off the US news rankings, and i would qualify anything 1-50 rank a first tier school. that’s all, i didn’t mean to insult your school.

maybe i used the wrong word, i meant like “the top top close ivy schools”. northeastern is a great school and i’m applying, so yah.

I’m not attacking you, I’m kinda curious because I see tiers being thrown around cc all the time. Good luck by the way.

thanks, how do you like it?

I like it a lot. I’m international business with Spanish and either mathematics or political science haven’t decided yet though. Feel free to pm if you have specific questions.

Oh and to the op since you are female and want engineering that definitely boosts your chances. Good luck!

sweet. thanks :)

Northeasternkid, thanks! i just pm-ed you!
