Try to bring your ACT score up or take the SAT which may yield a better score. What specific classes and levels have you taken? Try visiting while school is in session to get a feel for what the campus will be like when its full of students.

In short, your ACT is 25th%-tile and your GPA is 50th%-tile of enrollees. As surferbeach suggested, get that ACT up a couple of points and I think your chances will improve dramatically - right now I’d categorize your chances as average at best.
