My SATI score is 1940, which is obviously lower than my ACT score, relatively. Im wondering if i should report it? Some are saying the adcoms will just take the higher score, others are saying they’ll be discouraged by the lower score. I talked to the Duke admissions officer and he said it wouldn’t hurt to send both. Is that really true? All comments welcome!

I think you got a shot. You should probably retake that SAT II Physics.
And I dont think it really matters if you send in your SAT I score. And btw
what college are you applying? I think people should know that before they can
give you accurate chances even though they usually aren’t very accurate.

My thought process was that i wasn’t going to take physics because im not going to major in it, nor even take a class in college about physics :stuck_out_tongue: i only took it cause i had nothing else to take haha.

um in addition to cornell, im applying to duke, upenn, princeton, uchicago, uw, umichigan, nyu, ucberkeley, ucla, ucsd, and that’s about it for my definites.

No I mean what college within cornell. You know like CALS, Engineering, Hotel, and
what ever else they have. You do know right?

OH hahahaha. probably cals or hotel

basically social sciences or business, something of the sort

Wait so are you looking into AEM for Cals.

yeah pretty much.
