brown, penn, cornell, vandy, cal berkeley, johns hopkins…among others (suggestions??)
im limited in the number of apps i can pay for so im really trying to narrow my list down. i dont want to waste away any application to a college thats a definate no. thanks in advance!! any help is appreciated.

Though your rank and GPA are great, your test scores and ECs will severely reduce your chances of admission at Brown, Penn and Cornell to the point where they will be significant reaches. Vanderbilt, Berkeley and Hopkins are low reaches.
