change in application status, chances of getting in

<p>Recently my application status changed from "“We are reviewing your credentials. A decision will be posted here as soon as one is made.” to “Your application is complete and all of your required materials are here. Please continue to check your status.” Does this mean anything? on penn state’s website about application status, it says that I went from stage 5 to stage 4. </p>

<p>I live overseas and go to one of the top international schools in the world. I have a 3.3 UW gpa. Most people from my school get into penn state - last year 14 out of 15 who applied got in. My SAT is 1890 - 540 CR, 630 WR, and 720 math. I applied to Smeal and have gotten A’s in every math class I have ever taken, and have taken 4 honors classes. what are my chances of getting in?</p>

<p>I would say your chances are pretty good with that SAT score. Your gpa is on the low UW side however your sat’s make up for it.
BTW top high school doesnt mean anything when applying to penn state</p>
