Change in Class Rank (From Sal to Val)

<p>I applied to Rice ID in November when my class rank was 2/292. Just today, I found out that my rank improved. I realllllly want Rice to know as I realllllly want to go there. Is there any way of doing this considering admission decisions come out on Feb. 10?</p>

<p>Have your counselor mail them an updated transcript and letter.</p>

<p>does it really make a huge difference. the difference between 1 and 2 is usually less than half a point</p>

<p>yeah i don’t think it makes much of a difference, if any at all. and if admissions decisions come out in 9 days, chances are that they’ve already gone through and evaluated your application</p>

<p>In terms of weighted GPA, no. But, I want every sort of advantage so I can get in.</p>
