<p>Overall your chances are low since you are competing with trillions of other international students</p>
<p>International doesn’t even lower chances that much I’d think. I mean, wouldn’t UofM want the international tuition that this student would be paying? I live in Canada, so maybe those that apply from here aren’t complete ‘internationals’, but I have a friend who got into CoE (Aerospace) with a low 1900 score. So, if this person is apply to LSA, I’d think that the international status isn’t a huge deal.</p>
