<p>I decided not to apply to the school I listed as my NMS recipient and would like to change this to another university. I was unable to find procedural information on the website, can anyone tell me where I should begin?</p>
<p>i had the same question, and also, when is the last date that we can change our college recipients, because i am not as yet accepted in the college I listed, and I will only find out in april</p>
