Changes at Holy Cross

<p>SAT: 1430 taking it again in October. My goal is an 1800.
Reading: 510
Writing: 460
Math: 460</p>

<p>I do not know my GPA but my average through high school is an 85% exactly. I got three D’s and many C’s so its probably like a 2.8 I’m assuming. I get a lot of A’s haha I’m all over the place. My goal my senior year is all A’s.</p>

<p>My extra activities are…
Sports Club- Drug Free Club
Varsity Basketball - 1 year
Marching Band - 4 years
Jazz Band - 3 years
Over 50 hours of community service.</p>

<p>I work about 25 hours a week over the summer for my job.

<p>Your SAT scores as of now are below the 50th percentile. I believe Holy Cross (my father’s alma mater) is one of the colleges that no longer require you to submit SAT scores but it is a rigorous school and admission is fairly selective. They will probably want to see a GPA of at least 3.5 and will be troubled by your three Ds so if you have a good explanation for them include it in your application. I do not really know anything about the other colleges you have listed but I am almost certain they will be much easier to get admitted to than Holy Cross.</p>
