<p>Try Ctrl - (short hyphen next to the ‘0’), pressed at the same time, as often as needed to get back down to the right size.</p>

<p>I know you’ve already fixed it, but for future reference, you should be able to find the options to make the text bigger and smaller under the “view” menu.</p>
