<p>I am currently a sophomore and would be enrolled as a junior. There is another problem, though: I have been taking Mandarin Chinese, which is not part of IB programme I would be a part of, and there are there any introductory IB courses in second languages. Learning Spanish from first-year level to near-native will not be easy…</p>
<p>Your spanish does not have to be at the native level if you keep languages as your minor and study math, science, business or history as your majors. At least thats the way it is in Europe . but I do see your concern about Mandarin.</p>
