<p>How easy is it to change your major at SPOP? Will they change it at the spot or do you have to wait a while? I’m trying to change from Business Econ to Poli Sci</p>
<p>I think it should be pretty easy unless you want in on certain majors (Business Admin., engineering, nursing). I don’t think there should be a problem with Poli sci. </p>
<p>On a side note, has anyone received any news about academic advising or is it all done during SPOP? I’d like to know which classes I have to take/should take so that I can plan out what I want before I have to register for it.</p>

<p>and yeah most of it is done at SPOP but if you want to see what you need to take check out your major sheet and degree check list. and also EEE for the 2011 fall quarter class schedules</p>
<p>It’s an easy change for you. At some point during SPOP, they’ll ask those who want to change majors to just go to the advising session for the major they want to change into. It’ll sort itself out, so don’t stress over it. You cannot change into Business Administration or Engineering.</p>
