<p>Has anybody lived here before? How is the social life/how strict are the RA’s typically? I heard that janitors clean the apartments, but do they just clean the common areas or the rooms too? Let’s say, hypothetically, I wanted to keep certain items hidden in my room from nosey janitors… how possible is this?</p>
<p>The cleaning crew does not enter your room (only the common areas). You can leave a note on the front door if you don’t want them to enter the suite. They come by once a week.</p>

Do you, or anybody else for that matter, know if I would be allowed to install a wall hanger for an acoustic guitar (seeing as I would be a bit of a dick taking up a bunch of floor space with a guitar stand)? It would require putting small holes in the wall. Would I just have to cover repair costs at the end of the lease?</p>
<p>I lived there for a year and a half. RA’s aren’t a problem. I never had one even enter my unit. You would need to install molly screws to hold a guitar (even a lighter, acoustic one). This would mean a slightly larger set of holes. With that said, you should be able to patch up those holes with relative ease with a bit of DAP or filler compound. Please note: most of your wall at Chan/Bow will be made up of cork board. It might be easier to set up a guitar stand in your closet space… hopefully you have a double.</p>
