i am looking for a relatively cheap college in Europe, Canada, or the U.S which also offers a good standard of undergraduate education
Which countries should i focus on? Are there any specific colleges known for their low cost and still provide quality education
P.S: am applying for an engineering course

What country or state are you from?

Define “relatively cheap.”

Brigham Young University <3

The Claremont Colleges provide huge aid. That is, if you can get in.

Several highly selective colleges offer free or reduced tuition for all students. These include:
military service academies (West Point etc.)
Cooper Union (an arts/engineering school in NYC;free tuition, but not free room and board)
Olin College of Engineering (1/2 tuition for all students)
Deep Springs College (free tuition, room & board, but with a work requirement; 2 years only)

Other than a few schools like these, at full price (before aid), the cheapest colleges in the USA usually are community colleges.

For international students, some small, selective liberal arts colleges offer very generous financial aid.
