Where’s the cheapest place to fill up near Westwood? Every gas station I’ve been to has been ridiculously over-priced. While this is expected in West LA, I’m guessing there are still some places that are less over-priced than others.

theres some along santa monica to the west of westwood blvd which are cheaper, but definitely still on the high side compared with other places.

k-town has pretty cheap gas, along olympic blvd. make a trip out of it and get some kbbq with friends?

also try [Los Angeles Gas Prices - Find Cheap Gas Prices in California](http://www.losangelesgasprices.com). doesnt have every single station, but can give you a general idea of prices in a certain area. the map feature works better than searching, IMO.

the cheapest gas stations in the westside (true westside, not talking like ktown or mid wilshire) is by the 10 freeway at the cloverfield exit in santa monica. but the amount of gas you’re spending to get there from UCLA, it’s almost better just to go to the one here.

Go straight down Veteran, turn right on Santa Monica Blvd. Go half block to the Exxon station (next to Jack in the Box). it is usually 8-10 cents cheaper than anything else on the Westside. About the same price as the 10 Fwy/Cloverfield stations. Takes Credit Cards.

If you want to pay cash, ARCO is usually 8-10 cents cheaper than Exxon.

Not worth it just for the gas, but if you’re ever traveling through the valley, gas is usually significantly cheaper there (off the 101 in encino, etc.)
