<p>As you parents always seem to be discussing places to stay and things to do, I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice! I am looking to spend a long weekend (with friends, of course!) somewhere new, fun, cheap, and most importantly - SAFE! It would be a 4 day/3 night escape from school during a short break. I’m looking for a place to relax - not necessarily ‘visit the sites’; although that would be fine too. We would be flying out of Albany, and would prefer something that isn’t in a hurricane prone area (!!!) plus, we would like to be able to get there relatively quickly, as our vacation is short already. Thanks in advance!</p>
<p>What time of year? Last minute deals are cheap from Albany. Travelzoo and Travel flea Market are good. Need more info like what you want to do (sun, gambling, shows, eat, time of year, etc)</p>
