<p>So, I have to return an unused (new) book to UK; visited the USPS office today and was shocked to find out that the cheapest to ship (2lb) book is $23.00!!</p>

<p>I have already decided that if there is not a cheaper option, I will probably just try to sell it myself on Amazon…</p>
<p>Use the USPS flat rate boxes, they are approx 4x the rate your pay for US shipping. I ship to the UK often and that is the best.</p>
<p>USPS is way better than Fedex or UPS…not better service, mind you, just better pricing</p>
<p>Did you ask about Media Mail rates?</p>
<p>We looked for a cheap, slow-boat way to mail a heavy box and were told they no longer offer that :(</p>
