@Sally_Rubenstone my sign language said I was cheating (I was blank staring) and said the grade is an automatic zero, can the college I committed to rescind my acceptance? It wasn’t like a midterm or a final just a regular test.

You need to speak with your guidance counselor to find out whether this incident will appear on your record, or if you will simply fail that one test.
@dikembe55mutombo -First I suggest that you ask your teacher if he or she has reported the episode to the administration or simply given you the F and moved on. You should also apologize for “disappointing” the teacher (that way you’re not actually admitting to the cheating, if you truly didn’t do it) and ask the teacher if there is any sort of extra project you can tackle to show him or her that you take the class seriously.
Then … if the teacher says that the incident is not being reported, you need not notify colleges. But if the incident IS reported, you should follow the suggestion made by @happymomof1 and speak to your guidance counselor.
If the counselor will be putting the incident on the record or writing to your college about it, you will also have to write to the college to apologize and explain what happened.
