I’m filling out the online app, and I haven’t gotten suspended, burned down a building, or killed anyone, and I clicked No when asked. But when I view the PDF version of my app, no boxes appear checked in response to the questions.

Also, “Grade Level” on my EC grid is blank, even though I checked the boxes when prompted.

Anybody else having this problem?
