Chem, Bio and Math books for self-study

I’m aiming for 750+ and I will be studying by myself during the summer, I need the best way of preparation, so here’s what I need:

Biology M - I need a textbook with lessons that are very well explained, since the Bio course in my school doesn’t cover the genetics part. I don’t need a textbook that provides me with unnecessary info, just something that emphasizes the explanations of the problems and the lessons.

Chemistry - Here I will need more practice, it would be nice to have also good explanations, but I often make very stupid mistakes, so practice tests are definitely my priority.

Math 1/2 - Haven’t decided yet which one of them, but whatever I choose, I will need tons of practices, again because of the thoughtless mistakes I make. I don’t really care if there are explanations included, but I need practice on problems that will actually appear on the test.

By the way, what do you think of SAT German and Italian? I have been studying German for two years now, but this is definitely not my strongest subject. I was fluent in Italian when I was younger and knew the grammar perfectly, but I don’t have time for refreshing courses, so I’m hesitating whether a textbook will help me to prepare. Has anybody taken any of these?

I hope this time I posted it in the right place.

So, guys, what will you recommend?

The CB’s official guide to all subject tests will probably be good for you (especially for German and Italian). I would think that CB’s guide specifically for Math I & II will be good since there are 4 (I think) tests for Math I and II (2 for Math I, 2 for Math II) along with answer explanations.

Barron’s is a very nice, short book.
Covers all the key points well, but the practice questions are sometimes really weird.

Kaplan is like your average textbook.
